To submit applications for visas (MVV) and residence permits for professionals, a company must be an IND-recognized sponsor. The Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) assesses and grants this recognition. A recognized sponsor is designated by the IND as a reliable partner. This offers significant benefits, such as access to the accelerated entry procedure. Thanks to this procedure, a decision on the application is typically made within 2 to 3 weeks.
