Step 1: Targeted recruitment and selection

Our dedicated team in South Africa begins the recruitment process based on the profile discussed with you. We draw from an extensive network of passive job seekers and active top talents who are ready for an international career.

Step 2: In-depth screening and assessments

Quality is our top priority. That is why every candidate undergoes extensive screening. This includes a psychological evaluation (OPTO) and a technical assessment, conducted by our own specialists. In this way, we map out competencies and personality with pinpoint accuracy.

Step 3: Introduction and matching

Once we are convinced, we will introduce the candidate to you. You will conduct the interviews yourself to assess the fit and expertise. We facilitate this process so that you can reach a decision efficiently.

Step 4: Migration and onboarding

Once the “yes” is confirmed, our move manager gets to work. She guides the entire migration process—from the journey to the Netherlands (including the IND permit application, the actual flight, and arrival) to the initial settling-in phase. And, of course, she is there to assist with any questions that may arise afterwards.
